Because our products are ingestible wellness supplements, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
Returns
We only accept returns if:
- The product is unopened
- The safety seal is intact
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is provided
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@velorame.com with your order number and clear photos.
We will review the issue and provide a replacement if approved.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing.
Final Sale
All opened products, promotional items, and gift cards are final sale.
