Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all subscription or recurring purchase options offered by Velora.

Subscription Billing

By selecting a subscription option, you authorize Velora to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the selected delivery frequency.

Charges will occur automatically unless the subscription is canceled.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled charge to avoid processing of the upcoming order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Subscription orders that have already been processed are non-refundable and subject to our Refund Policy.

Velora reserves the right to modify or cancel subscription programs at any time.
