Velora is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Velora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
